FAQ

1) How long is the lead time?

• 1-2 weeks time, excluding delivery. Our products are handmade and made to order so it will take some time.

2) How do I refill my stamp?

• Use oil-based ink.
• Cover the design with ink. Allow the ink to be absorbed by the foam. Once the ink has been absorbed, stamp off the extra ink on a rough paper and/or wipe it off using a tissue paper. 

3) What stamp sizes do you have?

• Round stamps: 30 mm in diameter
• Rectangular stamps: 32 by 52 mm

4) What colour is the stamp holder?

• Round stamps: Pastel yellow
• Rectangular stamps: Turquoise

5) Do you take personalisation request(s)?

6) Delivery:

• It is usually done on Friday nights and over the weekends.

7) I opted for ‘self-collection’. Where do I collect my order?:

• We will update you of the exact address when your order is ready to be collected. Do include your mobile number before checking out for ease of communication.
